Lebanese Cucumber

thickly cut slices of sourdough
1/2
block
halloumi (approx 6 slices)
salt & pepper
Instructions
With a vegetable peeler, shave lengths of cucumber from four sides, discarding the seed core
In a non-stick frypan on med-high, grill halloumi slices until brown on both sides
Assemble the sandwich with chutney, cucumber, salt and pepper, and halloumi
Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
This sandwich is also fantastic when toasted – adding the cucumber after grilling.
