Ingredients
  • ½ red cabbageshredded
  • 2 fresh mangoespeeled and sliced
  • 1cup of bean sprouts
  • 3/4cup Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise
  • Chilli Mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup of coconut flakestoasted
  • 1 red capsicumthinly sliced
  • 2 spring onionsthinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of thai basil leaves
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 long red chillithinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the cabbage, mango, coconut flakes, spring onion, bean sprouts, capsicum, thai basil mint, chilli (if using) and Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise in a bowl and toss to combine.
  2. Squeeze a little bit of lime juice to top it off.
