Chilli Mayonnaise
1/2cupof coconut flakestoasted
1red capsicumthinly sliced
2spring onionsthinly sliced
1bunch of thai basil leaves
1bunch of mint leaves
1lime
1long red chillithinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
Place the cabbage, mango, coconut flakes, spring onion, bean sprouts, capsicum, thai basil mint, chilli (if using) and Roza’s Gourmet Mango Mayonnaise or Roza’s Gourmet Coconut Chilli Mayonnaise in a bowl and toss to combine.
