soy milk

white miso paste

mirin

garlic

firm tofu

tamari

rapadura sugar

bunch bok choy
Instructions
Cut tofu into cubes and fry with 2 tbs tamari and the rapadura sugar. Once browned, remove from pan, then add bok choy and fry until wilted.
In a pan, fry ginger and garlic gently, add mirin, tamari, white miso paste and finally the soy milk, then whisk together.
Bring to very gentle simmer then set aside.
Cook soba noodles to instructions then drain and mix with Roza’s Gourmet Thai Pesto.
Add noodles to your bowl and pour over ramen soup, then finish with tofu and greens.
